It has been rumored since the casting of Marion Cotillard as Miranda Tate, but with a new piece of casting information from IMDB it seems Talia Al Ghul will appear in The Dark Knight Rises.

Joey King (Crazy Stupid Love, Ramona and Beezus) has been cast as “Young Talia Al Ghul” according to movie website IMDB.

Now to be absolutely clear, this doesn’t necessarily confirm the appearance of an older Talia Al Ghul in the film. There is also a “Young Ra’s Al Ghul” which is being played by Josh Pence, so we can expect alot of flashbacks if nothing else. Still, the appearance of any Al Ghul being introduced to the story at this time warrants a few thousand words.

If Talia Al Ghul does appear in adult form, who would she be? You can tell by our headline image who we have penned to play her. Their eyes are identical. We’re just saying.

Now it goes without saying that IMDB allows IMDB PRO users to edit content so there is a slim chance that this might be untrue, but it would be pretty hard to believe that Warner Brothers would allow it to remain up there for too long if this were the case.
