Artwork for each Moment in Pottermore comes online

While we anxiously await access to Pottermore itself, here’s something to tide you over. Someone managed to get a hold of the artwork for each Sorcerer’s Stone Moment in Pottermore and put them online.

See each, in order, in the gallery below. When viewing an individual image, click it to see it in a larger size! It’s beautiful artwork, isn’t it?

WOW The artwork is phenomenal..SO EXCITED–It looks perfect. Everything is SO accurate to the books!!
I just had a war in my head though–whether to see them or not. Finally I settled with looking only at 10 random ones. (PS Hagrid Hut looks AMAZING. And the library, The Great Hall, The Hospital Wing-looks utterly perfect..And Everything Really :P).

I think it’s kind of shitty that you are posting stuff and direct links to the openings when the clues are up. Especially something that is going to be free. JKR has gotten you so far and you ruin her gift? Lets face it. You wouldnt have any kind of sucessful online presence if it wasnt for what jkr created and now you are spoiling her suprise and letting people get access without even earning the chance. Not cool and I don’t think that is good reporting. Plus right in the terms it says that this is not allowed. It is not the same as a trailer either because this is official content.

      Hey, its just my opinion. No ill will or anything I just kind of see this the same was as if when one of the books would have leaked that you wouldn’t post links to it because it is the official thing. I feel like a leaked clip and magazine scans are different entirely because that is not half of the experience. Like I said though. That is just my opinion on things :) If pottermore doesn’t want this info up I am sure they will ask for it to be taken down if they know of this site. My post above comes off more hostile than I meant sorry! Just my opinion :)

      Because Harry Potter is in a different league, however, these pics are AWESOME! They look like they’re drawn from magic, seriously. But could we have a way of viewing the pics without the whole page reloading? Like a Facebook type thing please cause it’s off putting especially with this many photos.

  I would like to thank them for posting the link to the magical quill site, because even though I had solved the clue the link wasn’t working and I wouldn’t have gotten the chance to register. And btw Trailers are official content, and if these weren’t allowed to be put up WB or Sony or whoever would have probably asked them to take it down by now

    Trailers are officially released. When a trailer leaks the studios remove the leaked ones. Its different.

these pictures look amazing, but hypable peoples could you please change your image viewer? it is incredibly annoying to load the entire page for every singe picture, especially when you have a slow internet connection. it would be much appreciated.

the artwork is really amazing. For me when I looked at these pieces of art, it really sent a chill down my spine…and it also had a sense of
eeriness to it. I think because you don’t see the full faces of the characters, only their shadows, or the back of their heads, or maybe a small sideview of their face. It really makes you feel as we’re looking at something out of an old history book maybe of something that happened a long time ago, an it was all real at one time. I love it!

Ok, I LOVE these. I love that the scenes aren’t just taken from the movie sets. They’re way closer to how I picture things looking when I read the books. YAY Pottermore!! (Now I’m just hoping I can get a beta invite!)

I’m sooo excited for Pottermore!!! The artwork looks beautiful, a lot like how i picture it in the books! Cannot wait till October, unless i get lucky enough to be able to register early…but seeing all this new stuff makes me more excited for it :)

This artwork is absolutely gorgeous!! The gallery is also a big pain to use on the iphone, especially when you try to click on the pictures to make them larger. Also can you guys please come out with an iphone app? I keep wanting to go check the news when I’m out, then I remember that you don’t actually have one. :P

omg can someone plz help me…i got the answer to the day 2 clue like 5 mins after it was posted on pottermore (the answer was 588 right?) but when it took me 2 the hp 7 site i couldnt find the magic quill!! is it an actual clear image right on the home page of the site or do you need to look around the website for a hidden picture of a quill!! please help cuz i stayed up all night just to get the clue and i didnt even get 2 register yet!!!
