Zoey Deutch, who plays Rose Hathaway in the upcoming Vampire Academy adaptation, sat down talk about her favorite scene.

Deutch sat down with MTV to discuss her time on the set of the Vampire Academy film. While most fans would say the ‘lust charm’ scene is their favorite, Deutch says her favorite to film was a much smaller scene between herself and Danila Kozlovsky. “Funnily enough, there’s a little scene of Dimitri and I walking back from training that ended up being my favorite scene, and I think it had something to do with the fact that it was a scene where the camera was very far away,” says Deutch.

Vampire Academy: Blood Sisters stars Zoey Deutch, Danila Kozlovsky and Lucy Fry. The movie is based on the best selling series, Vampire Academy, written by Richelle Mead.

The story follows Rose, a dhamphir, who is best friends with Lissa Dragomir, a moroi. Lissa is the last of her family line and Rose believes it is her duty to protect her. The girls find themselves returned to St. Vladimir’s, a private school especially for Moroi and Dhampirs. Danger lurks around every corner and the girls have to navigate the social scene that is all to willing to destroy them.
