X-Men: Days of Future Past director, Bryan Singer, has tweeted an image of him standing next to a scale model of one of the sentinel robots we’ll be seeing in his film.

Fox may be doing things right this time, as they’ve allowed Singer to build one of Trask Industries’ sentinel robots to scale. In the image he’s standing next to the very detailed model, and it looks to be about three times his height.

Considering he’s most likely 5′ 8″ to 5′ 11″, the mutant-bashing sentinels in the film look to be about 18-20 feet tall. Check out the massive robot model below:

From the X-Men: Days of Future Past viral website, Trask Industries, we’ve seen some great images and video which gave us our first look at Game of Thrones’ star Peter Dinklage as Bolivar Trask. His character creates the sentinels as mutant killers.

Director Bryan Singer’s latest approach for keeping fans informed with the filming of X-Men: Days of Future Past, by tweeting loads of set photos, appears to be a success so far. The official viral website being released also seems to be making waves with fans. It definitely gives us fun tidbits to chew on until X-Men: Days of Future Past’s release date, May 23, 2014.
