New official images of X-Men: Apocalypse’s new mutants have been released, along with new looks at Alexandra Shipp as Storm, Michael Fassbender and Jennifer Lawrence.

We’ve yet to see the first X-Men: Apocalypse trailer, at least officially, but now we have our first official shots of many of the new mutants from the movie. Check out the images of Cyclops (Tye Sheridan), Jean Grey (Sophie Turner), Jubilee (Lana Condor), Storm (Alexandra Shipp), and Nightcrawler (Kodi Smit-McPhee) in the latest images released below.

Storm looks great in these new images, and while some have been split over her new mohawk, she looks like she’ll be a very exciting mutant in X-Men: Apocalypse. We hope her storyline is detailed and we get to know more about these other mutants as well.

We recently got our first look at Apocalypse, who is the main villain in the film. He is an immortal mutant, who is a very power and reportedly the first mutant which all others have come from. He goes by many names, and he looks pretty interesting in the new images.

It’s possible he’ll look very different once he’s up on the big screen though, as he probably won’t seem as bright blue as we’re seeing in official shots. Many new actors can be seen in the new X-Men: Apocalypse image as mutants, including Lana Condor as Jubilee.

This new X-Men film will be chock-full of unique mutants, and we look forward to seeing the young cast tackle the baddest mutant to ever exist. X-Men: Apocalypse will be released May 27, 2016. The first trailer should be seen within the next few weeks, as director Bryan Singer stated the CGI was currently being worked on during Comic-Con.
