Wonder Woman 1984 has released a gorgeous new motion poster which gives us a better look at Wonder Woman decked out in her golden eagle armor.

Fans first saw Diana rocking the golden eagle armor in the first poster that was released for the film, and saw Wonder Woman wearing it in action in the final moments of the first full trailer.

The armor she wears in the film is inspired by the armor she wore during the finale to Alex Ross and Mark Waid’s Kingdom Come.

Now fans have been given a closer look at Diana’s golden eagle armor, with the newly-released motion picture that dropped on Twitter earlier today. Though there isn’t any sound, the poster does have a shifting background of reds and golds, along with an effect that looks akin to a television set cutting in and out.

Check out the poster below!

The poster still boasts the June 5 release date, showing that — at least for now — the Wonder Woman sequel won’t follow suit with other big name movies like Fast 9, No Time To Die and Disney’s live-action Mulan in delaying its theatrical release date due to concerns about the coronavirus.

That said, the still version of the poster (seen below at the end of this article) does forgo any specific date for the release, instead just saying that the film will be ‘coming soon,’ which perhaps hints that Warner Bros. is at least considering the possibility of pushing back the release date for the film due to coronavirus concerns.

Wonder Woman 1984 is directed and co-written by Patty Jenkins, and brings back stars Gal Gadot as Diana and Chris Pine as Steve Trevor. Joining the franchise for the first time are Kristen Wiig as Barbara Minerva/Cheetah and Pedro Pascal as Maxwell Lord.
