So far this season on The Good Wife, the character of Peter Florreck hasn’t gotten a lot of air time. It makes you wonder just what is he up to!

So far the major portion of Peter’s onscreen time was in a scene last week when Diane pitched Lockhart Gardner as their inhouse counsel, and got told it would come at the price of an audit. According to TV Line, “If you thought the whole audit of Lockhart Gardner by the State’s Attorney’s office was messed up, you haven’t seen anything yet. In the coming weeks, Peter and his army of troublemakers will open up an investigation into Will’s shady past, and you won’t believe who gets assigned to the case.”

Will’s shady past has previously only been hinted at in season two. It was heavily intimated that he had dealings with Blake, the strong arm of drug kingpin Lemond Bishop. The firm currently represents Lemond Bishop’s legitimate business holdings.

What do you think the transgression is in Will’s past? I’m thinking maybe it’s gambling because he doesn’t seem to have any sort of substance abuse or alcohol problem.
