A few days ago, we showed you the poster for Oliver Stone’s Savages, and now the first trailer for the film has arrived online!
The film follows two friends who face off against the Mexican drug cartel that kidnapped their shared girlfriend. Savages is based on Don Winslow’s best-selling crime novel, which was listed on The New York Times’ “Top 10 Books of 2010″ list.

The cast includes Taylor Kitsch (John Carter), Aaron Johnson (Kick-Ass), Blake Lively (The Town), John Travolta (Pulp Fiction), Salma Hayek (Frida), Benicio Del Toro (Traffic), Uma Thurman (Kill Bill), Emile Hirsch (Into the Wild), Demián Bichir (A Better Life), and more. The film is set for a July 6 debut, although there has been much speculation it could open at the Cannes Film Festival in May. What do you think of this first look at the film?
