A brand new trailer for the George Lucas-produced WWII film Red Tails has been released. Check out the trailer, which serves as a 2:30 visual effects showcase, after the jump.

The film, which tells the story of the Tuskegee Airmen, the first african-american pilots to fly in WWII, stars Cuba Gooding Jr. (Jerry Maguire), Terrence Howard (Crash), Ne-Yo (Battle: Los Angeles), Method Man (Garden State), Michael B. Jordon (“Friday Night Lights”) and Bryan Cranston (“Breaking Bad”). Director Anthony Hemingway (“The Wire”) is making his feature film debut.
