Here’s the official synopsis:

Three high school students make an incredible discovery, leading to them developing uncanny powers beyond their understanding. As they learn to control their abilities, and use them to their advantage, their lives start to spin out of control, and their darker sides begin to take over.

The trailer gives a pretty good look at what could be a very unique take on a classic concept. The use of the docu-style filming may seem old, but from what we’ve seen it looks pretty promising. Having read the script, we’re holding out on the prospects of this being a dark horse come February 3, 2012.
