Disney+ has finally given Marvel fans a better idea of when we can expect forthcoming series WandaVision and Falcon and the Winter Soldier to premiere.

During an earnings call held on Tuesday (February 4), Disney CEO Bob Iger revealed premiere windows for two of Disney+’s highly anticipated Marvel series.

Specifically, the Walt Disney Studios boss revealed that Marvel fans can expect to see Avengers vets Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan back in action in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier sometime in August 2020.

Meanwhile WandaVision, which finds Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany reprising their roles as Scarlet Witch and Vision, will debut via Disney+ in December 2020.

Premiere windows for WandaVision and Falcon and the Winter Soldier come hot on the heels of Disney+’s big Super Bowl 2020 commercial, which offered fans a sneak peek at both of the highly anticipated series.

The big Disney+ Super Bowl commercial also featured footage from fellow Marvel series, Loki, which won’t be premiering until sometime next year.

Iger didn’t offer up more details on the Tom Hiddleston-led series, but the Disney boss did double down on the fact that all of Disney+’s forthcoming Marvel series are set to somehow tie in to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

In addition, Iger also teased that the studio is hard at work on a handful of other Marvel series set to premiere exclusively via Disney+.

“There are seven other Marvel series in various stages of development or pre production,” said Iger during the call according to The Hollywood Reporter.

We’ll be curious to learn more about the forthcoming Marvel slate at Disney+ as the projects move further and further into production!
