This week’s episode of The Walking Dead season 5, episode 5 appears to focus on Abraham and company as they head north.

Eager for the zombie drama to begin? Let’s review what we know about this evening’s storyline.

Tonight’s new Walking Dead season 5 episode is titled “Self Help”. According to a synopsis, “a new set of issues confront our group while on a mission. Will they be able to push through and survive these challenges? Or better yet, each other?”

A trailer for the story debuted at the end of last Sunday’s episode, and something has been bugging us about it: Why is the group off the bus and fighting zombies? Did their vehicle already break down? Are they simply in search of supplies? Will they be walking the rest of the way (or until they find another car… which would surely be difficult)? Based on the above synopsis, things sound pretty dismal.

We’re eager to see the problems that Abraham and the gang will be facing. It doesn’t sound like Abraham is going to be the best leader, but hopefully he’ll calm down once they start getting closer to D.C.

On last week’s episode of The Walking Dead we finally caught up with Beth, who is at a bizarre hospital with sexual predators and one odd leader. Although her attempt to escape the Atlanta-based sanctuary was unsuccessful, she was able to help free someone she quickly befriended there.

Tonight’s episode of The Talking Dead will welcome Michael Cudlitz, who plays the show’s favorite red head.
