Because the popular zombie show is based on a comic series by Robert Kirkman, naturally Comic-Con is a perfect fit for The Walking Dead franchise. The show and its comic book counterpart have always had a big presence at the southern California convention.

This year, AMC pulled out all the stops which included two special The Walking Dead posters. One of them featured four of the show’s characters: Rick, Daryl, Michonne, and Tyreese. Notablly, Michonne can be seen on the poster riding a horse – a big change from last season when she was parading around armless zombies.

The second Comic-Con poster puts the humans aside and features zombies. We were glad the network created this poster because it reminds us what this show is all about.
