What’s ahead on The Walking Dead season 4, episode 5 airing this Sunday on AMC? After a shocking decision by Rick, we’re left with many questions in need of answering.

In season 4, episode 5 of The Walking Dead titled “Internment,” according to the synopsis, “multiple enemies put pressure on Rick and the group. Could this finally be the breaking point for the survivors and the prison?”

Hypable has an exclusive photo from this Sunday’s storyline in which we see a zombie’s tear ducts spewing blood. It looks to be one of the prison’s humans who must’ve been recently infected with the mysterious virus that plagued the home of Rick and company. A clip from the episode, below, shows the prison’s doctor starting to cry tears of blood too.

Is this newly-turned zombie crying? Or is this infection simply causing people to use their tear-ducts for bloody effects? Either way, it’s terrifying.

A clip from The Walking Dead season 4, episode 5 shows Hershel playing doctor to the prison’s designated doctor who believes he won’t be able to recover from his infection. “You need to focus on the ones who can make it,” Caleb tells Hershel. Despite this, Hershel really wants to help. Taking a closer look, Caleb is bleeding out of his eyes.

The trailer for “Internment” shows more infections, some gunfire being shot by Rick, and more high-action sequences.

Sunday night’s episode of Talking Dead will include Mythbusters star Adam Savage as Chris Hardwicke’s guest.

Read our Walking Dead recap in which we break down the events of the slow moving episode 4 which ended in Rick telling Carol she needs to separate from the prison group. Surely Rick will be relaying this news back to everyone at the prison in Sunday’s new episode. This will undoubtedly cause tension, though some of the survivors will agree with Rick’s decision.

Could Carol be gone for good? Will Rick think he’s made a mistake in letting his long-time partner go? The promos for episode 5 show that the infection is getting more out of control at the prison, so at some point Rick may be wishing he had someone there who has no problem killing off the sick people.
