After not appearing in last night’s episode, Daryl and Beth are poised to return in The Walking Dead season 4, episode 12, titled “Still.”

A clip released by AMC shows Beth and Daryl in a sequence accompanied by music where they are setting up a camp. Daryl is hunting for food and still not his usual self. He has trouble nabbing a squirrel but has better luck capturing a rattlesnake. Beth is securing the camp with some traps that will alert them to when zombies or humans approach.

In episode 10 we saw that Daryl and Beth have been moving from forest to forest as they search for their friends and/or a safe house. Perhaps they too will eventually head to Terminus like a majority of their friends are now doing.

A trailer for The Walking Dead season 4, episode 12 is narrated by Beth in a way similar to how her voice was used in episode 10:

Last night’s episode was a tense one as Rick had to get out of his safe house when it became occupied by other people who seemed too risky to try and talk to. Meanwhile, Michonne and Carl bonded as they searched for supplies, and we were introduced to Abraham and his companions were are on their way to Washington D.C. because Eugene supposedly knows what caused the outbreak. Various humans have been split up since the events that went down during the mid-season 4 finale in December. Rick and Carl still believe their daughter/sister Judith to be dead, but viewers know that she’s safe with Carol and Tyreese. It should be nice to see everyone back together – eventually.

When do you think we’ll see Beth and Daryl find some of the others?
