A clip and photos from The Walking Dead season 4, episode 10, titled “Inmates,” suggests that this Sunday’s episode will focus on a larger group of characters when compared to last week.

Last Sunday’s episode – the mid-season 4 premiere – only followed Rick, Michonne, and Carl. Episode 10 appears to include other lost survivors who are by themselves following the disaster that took place at the prison.

In this clip from season 4, episode 10, Beth talks to Daryl about tracking Rick, Michonne, and the rest because she thinks it’s likely they’re alive. Interestingly, Daryl stays quiet her entire talk and appears to be in a bad state of mind. At the end of the scene Beth decides to go by herself. Maybe Daryl will stand up and help just as she’s leaving?

A second clip also focuses on Beth and Daryl on the prowl:

A synopsis for “Inmates” reads, “the group encounters many obstacles in their quest to find stability and safety, but sometimes all they have to guide them is hope.”

Two photos from the episode depict only Maggie and Daryl. Both are looking quite upset:

Last Sunday’s episode followed Rick, Carl, and Michonne in the days after the Governor and Hershel were killed at the prison. Rick and Carl frequently fought each other, and the child decided to head out for supplies while his dad recovered from his wounds. Carl ends up encountering numerous zombies who nearly kill him. Meanwhile, Michonne has a flashback depicting our first look at life with her boyfriend. The three characters reunite at the end of the episode in what was a bit of a happy moment.
