A new 30-second trailer for the second half of The Walking Dead season 5 was released today and features actual footage from episode 9.

The last trailer for The Walking Dead mid-season premiere was an artsy preview which depicted Rick and company battling an unknown enemy. The way it was shot made it look like it won’t appear in an actual episode.

Today’s new preview for season 5B, on the other hand, depicts the group once again on the run. As usual, this preview doesn’t clue us in on what we can expect in terms of a storyline, but we do see Michonne asking someone if they want to live for another day and another chance:

“We do what we need to do and then we get to live,” Rick tells his friends over a campfire. “I know we’ll be okay, because this is how we survive.” Could he be referring to a new mission? To finding a new home? The rumor mill has been strongly suggesting that their next destination may be the Alexandria Safe Zone which is found in the comic series. A new actor was cast last week who essentially confirms those Alexandria rumors.

Whether it’s Alexandria the group is ultimately heading to or not, Rick and his team are in need of a new place where they can rest safely at night.

The Walking Dead season 5B premieres Sunday, February 8 at 9 p.m. eastern/pacific followed by the series premiere of the Breaking Bad spinoff Better Call Saul.
