Fast & Furious star Vin Diesel has released a video on Facebook showing his and deceased co-star Paul Walker’s friendship off camera over the years.

“A glimpse… of Dom and Brian… off screen,” Diesel wrote with the video. In it we see a variety of behind-the-scenes footage from sets and promotional interviews when the two promoted previous Fast & Furious movies together. It looks like the footage was shot by one of the actors’ assistants who recorded some footage for them for personal keeping. There’s also a great clip of Diesel singing “Happy Birthday” to Walker on set one evening.

Watch Vin Diesel’s tribute to Paul Walker below:

Walker died in a car accident in November when the vehicle he was riding in exceeded 100 MPH during a test drive with his business partner and friend. The coroner’s report recently revealed that Walker did not have smoke in his lungs from the burning car, suggesting that he died quickly and didn’t suffer for long.

Diesel appeared at the crash site after the accident and spoke to fans who were there to pay tribute. You can see video in our previous story.

Fast & Furious 7, the film Walker and company were filming around the time of his death, has been pushed to 2015 and the film will retire (not kill) his character.
