Victoria Beckham, a.k.a. Posh Spice, has definitively ruled out any appearance in the upcoming Spice Girls reunion tour, including a potential cameo.

Speaking to The Guardian, Beckham said, “No. Definitely not,” when asked whether or not fans could expect her on stage during at least one of the dates on the Spice Girls tour.

The decision was not a difficult one for Beckham to make, as she is focusing on her fashion career. “What I do now is my passion and a full-time job,” Beckham said. “I’m sure when I’m there and they are on stage, there will be a part of me that feels a bit left out. Because even after all this, a part of me will always be a Spice Girl.”

Beckham last performed with the other members of the Spice Girls on stage in 2012, when they reunited for the closing ceremony of the Olympic Games in London. Prior to that appearance, Beckham was involved in their 2007 ‘The Return Of The Spice Girls’ tour.

However, a new rumor, which first appeared in The Sun — so take from that what you will — suggests that the Spice Girls may have someone in mind to take Beckham’s place.

According to Dan Wooten, Saara Aalto, who was runner-up in X-Factor’s 2016 season, has been asked to step in for a few shows on the tour.

“They want to have a fifth member for the tour. I was like, ‘Is this a real question?’ It’s insane,” Aalto allegedly told Wooten in an exclusive interview. “[Mel B.] said there’s room for someone who can really sing. I just thought it was incredible she said that.”

Whether or not Aalto will make an appearance on the sold-out tour is yet to be officially confirmed by the Spice Girls themselves. Aalto is currently appearing on Dancing on Ice, a British television show that sees celebrities partner with professional figure skaters and compete week-to-week.
