Once Upon a Time in Wonderland has been picked up by ABC, and filming is in full swing. Take a look at these new images revealing the main characters in action!
The Once Upon a Time spinoff Once Upon a Time in Wonderland is loosely based on the Lewis Carroll novel Alice in Wonderland, and follows Alice (Sophie Lowe) as she journeys to Wonderland.
TV Line has released the following set of images that reveal Lowe with her fellow cast members Michael Socha (the Knave) and Peter Gadiot (Cyrus):

Just as in the book, Alice will find herself transported to Wonderland through a rabbit hole. But back in Victorian England, no one believes her story.
Alice, Cyrus and the Knave bond when the two boys come to her rescue, and it appears that Alice and Cyrus will be the main romantic pairing of the series.
Also cast in the spinoff are John Lithgow (the voice of the White Rabbit) and Emma Rigby (the Red Queen).
The story begins before Regina’s curse transported the residents of fairytale land to Storybrooke. We don’t yet know how Wonderland was affected by the curse (if at all), but if the timeline ever catches up, we imagine that could be a major turning point for the characters.
Once Upon a Time in Wonderland will air Tuesday nights on ABC, with Once Upon a Time remaining in its 8/7c Sunday timeslot.
