TXT is about to debut their second music video! Here’s a roundup of everything we know so far about TXT’s “Cat & Dog” including the music video, release date, concept photos, lyrics, and more!

About TXT’s ‘Cat & Dog’:

“Cat & Dog” is the third song on TXT’s first mini album The Dream Chapter: Star. Unlike the other songs on the album, it’s heavily influenced by Hip Hop and features the group mumble rapping.

Many fans immediately loved the song (including this one) and so there has been much excitement to see it performed!

To date, TXT has never performed the song live so fans will be seeing it for the first time when the music video drops.

As an added fun fact, Yeonjun has previously admitted that he was the one that recorded the dog barks on the track so I’m curious to see if that will be showed off in the music video!

TXT ‘Cat & Dog’ release date:

The track for “Cat & Dog” was released on the groups mini album The Dream Chapter: Star back on March 4, 2019. However, the music video will be released on April 25 at 12:00 a.m. KST/ April 24 at 11:00 a.m. EST. The English version will be released on May 3 at 6 p.m. KST/ 5 a.m. EST!

Well it looks like Big Hit just won’t let us live our lives, because they’re going to drop an English version of TXT’s “Cat & Dog” on May 3!

The concept of the TXT’s “Cat & Dog” music video is absolutely adorable, as the members act like pets lost without their owner. Watching at they leave, and then running to the window to wave goodbye.

They spend the day looking sad and upset as they wait for their owner to return, seemingly unable to even distract themselves with food which they leave untouched. They end up falling asleep and dreaming of the beach, until the sound of the door opening wakes up Taehyun.

Meanwhile, the choreography for the song looks amazing and it will probably be even better once it’s live!

The concept photos for “Cat & Dog” look like they will feature the actual animals as well! As if the TXT members weren’t cute enough already, Big Hit has decided to torture us by adding in cuddly creatures as well.

Beomgyu’s concept photos were released first and also show off his freshly colored hair, which is now blonde!!
