Grey’s Anatomy will bid farewell to two more series regulars at the close of season 10. Find out who will depart Grey-Sloan Memorial below!

Although ABC has yet to officially announce the return of Grey’s Anatomy for season 11, two of the recent breakout stars of the show will not be returning when that time comes. Tessa Ferrer (Leah) and Gaius Charles (Shane) are the latest additions to the list of departing regulars.

Ferrer and Charles joined the cast in season 9 as the newest interns at Seattle Grace-Mercy West. Quickly becoming reoccurring characters, their status to regulars arrived in season 10, along with Camilla Luddington (Jo) and Jerikka Hinton (Stephanie). No word yet on whether or not Luddington and Hinton are set to return.

Sandra Oh is also set to make her exit from the show after 10 seasons of portraying Dr. Cristina Yang.

No strangers to the dramatic writing of Grey’s Anatomy, both Charles and Ferrer enjoyed their fair share of ugly hookups and touching cases. Recently, Ferrer’s Leah Murphy put Callie through the ringer of an HR suit after she refused to teach Murphy during a critical moment.

Dr. Yang and Shane are certainly no strangers to the romantic entanglements of Grey’s Anatomy‘s writing. Their recent breakthrough to a professional relationship, with Cristina taking on more of a mentor role, is more rewarding than a casual hookup. Perhaps the writers can work something out to send them off into the sunset together as they literally treat broken hearts across America!

Fan favorites Ellen Pompeo (Meredith Grey) and Patrick Dempsey (Derek Shepherd) are both on board for two more seasons.

Grey’s Anatomy returns this week with season 10, episode 17, “Do You Know?” Check out the stills from this week’s episode here!

Thanks, THR!

Will you be sad to see Shane and Leah go?
