From one vampire series to another! Actor Christopher Heyerdahl, who plays Marcus in The Twilight Saga films, is heading over to HBO’s True Blood for a recurring role in season 5!
Deadline broke the news:
He will portray Dieter Braun, an ancient, powerful vampire who plays a large part in the intelligence of the Authority and especially enjoys enhanced interrogation.
The Authority appears to be a big presence in True Blood’s upcoming season. Law & Order: SVU cast member Christopher Meloni was recently cast as someone a part of the Authority.
