HBO has released four stills and one video clip from this Sunday’s True Blood season 7 (series) finale.

Though we unsurprisingly aren’t offered any clues as to what will be going down in True Blood’s very last episode, we do see Sookie wear two nice dresses for what we expect to be major events. One of the dresses is black. For… a… funeral?

Also in the stills we see Eric doing something dangerous with Sarah, and Bill sitting in a chair contemplating life (or waiting to explain his decisions to Sookie).

In addition to the four new photos, we also have a clip from the True Blood series finale during which Sookie has a conversation with the Reverend. “Do you think some of us are just mistakes?” she asks him before the clip goes black.

True Blood season 7, episode 10, “Thank You,” airs Sunday, August 24 at 9 p.m. eastern/pacific on HBO. The synopsis for the episode reads, “Sookie (Anna Paquin) weighs a future with and without Bill (Stephen Moyer). Eric (Alexander Skarsgård) and Pam (Kristin Bauer van Straten) struggle with their uncomfortable partnership with Mr. Gus (Will Yun Lee). Sam (Sam Trammell) makes a choice, while Andy (Chris Bauer) comes upon an unexpected inheritance.”

Earlier today we made some predictions as to what will be happening in the final episode.

While you wait for the finale, be sure to also check out our recap of episode 9 and join fellow viewers in discussing the storyline.
