A funny clip and three photos from True Blood season 7, episode 3 have been released by HBO.
In this first look at Sunday’s new episode of True Blood titled “Fire in the Hole,” Sookie and Bill are riding in the car when the latter tells his former woman that she needs to take his blood in order for him to help. Bill gets a little too caught up in Sookie’s intake of his blood, so she has to remind him that she’s not single.
Three stills from True Blood season 7, episode 3 don’t reveal anything worth discussing but give you a sense of at least one anticipated scene: Further character development between Lafayette and James. In the premiere episode, James hinted that he has been interested in men before.

The synopsis for True Blood season 7, episode 3 reads, “Sookie (Anna Paquin) hatches a dangerous plan to take down the H-Vamps, even as Vince (Brett Rickaby) and his armed vigilantes pose an equally serious threat. Lafayette (Nelsan Ellis) gets high with James (Nathan Parsons); Jason (Ryan Kwanten) eyes a family future with Violet (Karolina Wydra); Willa (Amelia Rose Blaire) is forced to find a new place to stay; Sarah Newlin (Anna Camp) sheds her past. Pam (Kristin Bauer van Straten) offers Eric (Alexander Skarsgård) a compelling reason to return to Louisiana – and be the vampire he used to be.”
