Tracy Morgan and Aldis Hodge are teaming up with Taraji P. Henson for What Men Want— a new comedy set to put a spin on a Nancy Meyers classic!

According to Deadline, actors Tracy Morgan and Aldis Hodge have both signed on to star opposite Empire star Taraji P. Henson in the upcoming comedy, What Men Want.

The upcoming comedy, which is being helmed by Adam Shankman, is a gender bended remake of Nancy Meyer’s hit 2000s comedy, What Women Want.

Meyer’s film, which starred Mel Gibson and Helen Hunt, focused on an advertising executive named Nick (Gibson) with chauvinistic tendencies who suddenly finds he’s developed the power to hear what women are really thinking.

Shankman’s forthcoming film will find Henson playing a female sports agent whose struggled to get to the top in an industry run by men. When she suddenly gains the power to hear what men are really thinking, she uses her new found abilities to her advantage in an effort to close on a potential deal with a man who could be the NBA’s next big star player.

Currently, there’s no word yet on who Morgan and Hodge are playing in the movie.

What Men Want is set to be released in theaters next year on January 11, 2019.
