We’ve known about the upcoming Toy Story television special Toy Story of Terror for some time, but today ABC set an air date for the 30-minute show and released the first still.

Toy Story of Terror will air on Halloween night, October 31 on ABC. In addition, Disney confirmed the original voice cast for the Toy Story franchise including Tom Hanks and Tim Allen will return. Check out the first photo:

The official synopsis reads as follows: “What starts out as a fun road trip for the Toy Story gang takes an unexpected turn for the worse when the trip detours to a roadside motel. After one of the toys goes missing, the others find themselves caught up in a mysterious sequence of events that must be solved before they all suffer the same fate in this Toy Story of Terror.”

Toy Story of Terror is the latest in a line of Toy Story short films. Terror is the first one to make a premiere on television and will be the longest one to date. The previous ones – most recently Partysaurus Rex – premiered in theaters in front of Disney and Pixar movies.

Disney has been keeping the Toy Story franchise alive with these short films. It may hint at the possibility of a Toy Story 4 being in development. Over the weekend Disney CEO Bob Iger hinted that more Pixar franchise sequels are in the works.
