The 100 season 2, episode 5 airs tonight! Our characters share a heartfelt reunion, but we’re afraid their relief won’t last long.

In The 100 season 2, episode 5, “Human Trials,” Clarke (Eliza Taylor) has made it to Camp Jaha, where she’ll come face to face with her mother Abby (Paige Turco) for the first time since they separated in the series premiere.

Raven (Lindsey Morgan) is also dying to see Clarke, touchingly revealing in the first sneak peek that she’s waited in front of Clarke’s tent all night.

And then of course there’s Bellamy (Bob Morley) and Octavia (Marie Avgeropoulos), who found each other last week and are bringing the wounded Monroe (Katie Stuart) back to camp.

But after a brief moment of relief, reality sets in: Finn (Thomas McDonell) and Murphy (Richard Harmon) are still out there, on their way to the Grounders’ camp where they believe Clarke is being held captive. They’re in tremendous danger, and the kids must leave the safety of camp behind to save them before it’s too late.

Meanwhile at Mount Weather, Jasper (Devon Bostick) is still drinking the kool-aid, but Monty (Chris Larkin) is following the Clarke Griffin school of thought and begins to actually notice how super shady the Mountain Men are acting.

In a new sneak peek for the episode, watch as Monty attempts to convince Jasper to open his eyes:

And finally there’s Lincoln (Ricky Whittle), who according to the episode synopsis is in for a “world of pain” this week, being held captive under the mountain and prepped for the Cerberus project.

We’re kind of thinking something terrible is going to happen this week, considering how we’re all being lulled into a false sense of security. The hug is a diversion, people! Be afraid…

‘The 100’ season 2, episode 5, ‘Human Trials’ airs tonight at 9/8c on The CW.
