Storybrooke’s leadership is undergoing a crisis of confidence. Emma fears she will not live up to her namesake, The Savior, and realizes that she cannot expect to shoulder the responsibility of keeping everyone close to her free from danger. Mary Margaret tries her hand at an inclusive town-wide meeting in the Mayor’s Mansion, but fails to keep order when they show up ready to burn the new icy queen.

The Snow Queen surfaces in the ice cream shop and later in the forest as she attempts to reconnect with the Queen of Arendelle. A slip of the tongue reveals that she is connected not only to Anna, but to Emma as well.

This week on ‘Once Upon a Time’

Hook and his crocodile are about to strike a deal for the return of his missing hand. Meanwhile Anna and the Dark One strike a bargain that will help her make strides in finding the answers Elsa seeks. But as with every deal with the Dark One, information comes at cost. Anna is sent to find a box protected by the Sorcerer’s Apprentice, played by guest star Timothy Webber.

Regina and Henry will enlist the help of another bandit, Will Scarlett, to take a book from the shelves of Belle’s library. Speaking of Regina and bandits, she will continue to fight to figure out a cure for Marian’s frozen state.
