One hat to rule them all, one innocent girl to acquire it; one Dark One to steal the power, and have darkness blind him. With Hook at his beck and call, Mr. Gold is once again back to his old ways. Taking power and agency from those who attempt to guard and protect their good character, Gold sees his time better spent reminding them of the evilness that lurks deep within. After Hook’s hand does him more harm than good, Gold uses him to capture the sorcerer’s apprentice within the hat. Once Gold has harnessed all the powers previously out of reach for him, he shall become unstoppable. But where does that leave Belle?

Regina and Emma are back on the same search party team, only this time Henry is not in any danger. Off in search of the Snow Queen, Elsa appears to get herself in a spot of trouble after she follows a figure that looks like Anna into the woods.
