Rick, Kate, and Co. are heading back into the film world, this time going back in time to an aging cast of B-movie stars.
The official synopsis for Castle season 7, episode 9 “Last Action Hero” is: “When the star of Castle’s favorite ‘80’s action movie is mysteriously murdered, Castle and Beckett delve into the victim’s secret past and pursue his killer with help from a team of aging action heroes. Krista Allen and Ted McGinley guest star.”
As previously mentioned, one would assume McGinley’s character to be the straight man in the episode to Castle’s comedic slapstick and that should be a comedic feast.
