A new Japanese trailer for the film Only Lovers Left Alive has just been released. The film was written and directed by Jim Jarmusch and stars Tom Hiddleston and Tilda Swinton.

Hiddleston stars in the movie as Adam, a vampire who keeps to himself and is a musician. Eve (Swinton) is the love of his life and reunites with him after a long time apart from each other.

Apart from Hiddleston and Swinton, Only Lovers Left Alive boasts an impressive cast. Mia Wasikowska (Alice in Wonderland), John Hurt (V for Vendetta), Anton Yelchin (Star Trek Into Darkness), and Jeffrey Wright (The Hunger Games: Catching Fire) also star in the film.

Only Lovers Left Alive has played at several film festivals including the Cannes International Film Festival and the Toronto International Film Festival and has received very good reviews up to this point. Currently, the film scores an 89% on the movie review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes with 19 reviews currently filed.

Here’s the official plot synopsis:

Set against the romantic desolation of Detroit and Tangier, an underground musician, deeply depressed by the direction of human activities, reunites with his resilient and enigmatic lover. Their love story has already endured several centuries at least, but their debauched idyll is soon disrupted by her wild and uncontrollable younger sister. Can these wise but fragile outsiders continue to survive as the modern world collapses around them?
