Harry Potter actor Tom Felton and Twilight star Ashley Greene feature in the first official trailer for upcoming horror flick The Apparition.

Tom Felton’s efforts to try and separate himself from the character of Draco Malfoy have so far been far from fruitful. His only memorable role since the Potter franchise was in last year’s Rise of The Planet of the Apes, and while both his performance and the film proved to be a hit with the critics it hardly did much to show his range as an actor. It looks like the opportunity he longs for has finally arisen now though, as Felton stars alongside Ashley Greene (Twilight) and Sebastian Stan (Captain America) in a summer horror film that explores the idea of paranormal events being born from the human mind.

While the acting seems solid, this news poster thinks that The Apparition will be nothing more than a generic horror movie with a slightly unusual concept.
