James Cameron is procuring even more money from Titanic‘s re-release this month!
Reports state today that Titanic has passed the $2 billion mark in lifetime sales. This still hasn’t reached Cameron’s 2009 Avatar, which hit $2.8 billion worldwide.
Titanic made $1.84 billion in its original release, and now stands at $2.04 billion with the re-release.
While it’s not surprising Titanic has made over $2 billion, we’re still astounded!
