Although 30 Rock just ended last week, Tina Fey still has a big career ahead of her – and just signed onto her next film.

Fey signed onto one of the lead roles in the upcoming comedy The Nest, and Jason Moore is in negotiations to helm. Indie Wire states that the film “centers on two 30-something sisters who find out their parent’s house has been put up for sale. So they do what any ordinary adult would do, and they decide to have a final wild weekend full of bonding and feelings and stuff.”

Although mainly known for directing Broadway musicals, Jason Moore made his feature-film directorial debut with Pitch Perfect last fall, which earned him $100 million. So, with that success under his belt and Fey’s many successes throughout the years, maybe the duo together could create even better results? At least, that’s what Universal Studios is thinking!

No word yet on when production will start or who will play Fey’s sister. Saturday Night Live veteran Paula Pell is writing the screenplay, so assuredly it’s going to be hilarious.

What do you think of Moore and Fey working together? Who would you like to star as Fey’s sister? Leave us your thoughts below!
