The latest television spot for Disney’s The Lion King shines a spotlight on Simba’s pals Timon and Pumbaa.

Disney’s reimagined rendition of The Lion King may only be a few weeks away from hitting the big screen, but that hasn’t stopped the Mouse House from unveiling yet another sneak peek for eager fans to sink their teeth into.

Shared via Twitter by actor Billy Eichner, the newest television spot for The Lion King finds none other than Timon and Pumbaa taking center stage.

“A new TV spot with Timon and Pumbaa that starts airing tomorrow! Happy Birthday America!” tweeted the actor, who lends his voice to Timon in the film.

Set to the classic tune of “The Lion Sleeps Tonight,” the short clip finds the dynamic duo giving young Simba the lay of the land just after he’s run away from Pride Rock.

“If you want to live with us, you have to eat like us,” says the meerkat before he and Pumbaa (Seth Rogen) joke about the local food offerings.

The clip also teases a pivotal moment in the film where Timon and Pumbaa must help a grown up Simba (Donald Glover) and Nala (Beyonce) past Scar’s hyena henchmen.

“All we need to do is find something that’s big and juicy — why is everyone looking at me?” says Pumbaa before he finds himself tasked with creating a diversion.

As with the animated ’90s classic, it looks as though Timon and Pumbaa are going to bring the comic relief when Disney’s new iteration of The Lion King hits theater later this month!

Directed by The Jungle Book helmer Jon Favreau, Disney’s The Lion King hits theater on July 19.
