Fringe is drawing to a close, and the storylines are wrapping up. Read more about what Walter is beginning to remember about the alternate timeline.

When Walter went on his LSD trip in the winter finale on the show, we saw him begin to remember certain things about Peter before the timeline was reset at the end of season 3.

And when the final three episodes roll around, expect to see more of Walter’s memories returning.

Zap2It reveals that through Michael, the child Observer, Walter was able to remember moments from the other timelines.

One specific memory will be the touching moment between Walter and Peter when Peter accidentally called him “Dad.”

Further, you can see John Noble reflect on the last episode in the most recent instalment of the Noble Intentions interview series:

Fringe returns this Friday, January 11, with the last episode before the two-part finale. The episode is titled “The Boy Must Live,” and will air at 9/8c on Fox.

The episode description reads:

Walter goes into the deprivation tank with the goal of learning more about the mysterious figure called Donald; Capt. Windmark sets out on a crucial mission.

What do you think about the final season? Do you have any theories about the last couple of episodes?
