The Walking Dead still hasn’t announced the title of their next spinoff, but they did give us a trailer!

We’re getting more and more information about The Walking Dead spinoff, even though we still don’t even know what it’s called.

At their NYCC panel on Saturday, October 5, The Walking Dead crew released the first trailer for the world’s latest spinoff. The spinoff will “focus on the first generation to come of age in the apocalypse as we know it.” Now, we’ll have spinoffs that cover what happened before and after TWD!

The series will star Alexa Mansour, Aliyah Royale, Nica Tortorella, Annet Mahendru, Hal Cumpston, and Nicolas Cantu. It has been created by Scott M. Gimple and Matt Negrete, who have both been involved with The Walking Dead franchise.

As you would expect, the spinoff trailer is packed with zombies and drama. “Nearly a decade after the start of the apocalypse,” it starts, “a generation born into a dead world.” It then goes on to ask, “how far would you go for hope?”

It’ll be fascinating to explore the world of The Walking Dead through the eyes of a generation that has never known anything else. We also can’t wait to see what the world looks like, so long after the zombie apocalypse began.
