Following the world premiere at San Diego Comic-Con, the first Walking Dead season 4 trailer is now online for your viewing pleasure! Or scare?

The Walking Dead season 4 trailer was unveiled at the show’s highly-publicized panel at southern California’s major comic convention. This is the fourth time the show has hosted an event and used it to debut a trailer plus the season premiere date.

As usual, the trailer is action packed and has us ready and waiting for season 4. At the panel today we learned when exactly episode 1, titled “30 Days Without an Accident,” will air on AMC.

This year, The Walking Dead panel consisted of stars Andrew Lincoln, Norman Reedus, Steven Yeun, Lauren Cohan, Danai Gurira, David Morrissey, Scott Wilson and Chad Coleman alongside executive producers Scott Gimple, Robert Kirkman, Gale Anne Hurd and Dave Alpert. Notably, this was Gimple’s first time attending San Diego Comic-Con in the role of showrunner.

Every year it feels like the show’s presence grows larger, and this year felt especially so, because the event was in Hall H (the largest event space at the San Diego Convention Center) for its second time. Previous panels were held in Ballroom 20.
