The Voice returned with more blind auditions in week two, as the coaches continue to fill up the 16 spots on their teams. Check out our favorite auditions of the week!

Rounds four and five of the season 3 blind auditions left Adam Levine and Cee Lo Green with 11 contestants each, Christina Aguilera with 10 and Blake Shelton with seven contestants on his team.

1. Avery Wilson

Coming from a dance family, Avery Wilson needed a push from his father to pursue singing. The 16-year-old blew the coaches away with his rendition of “Without You,” with Christina pointing out that what Avery did with his voice isn’t something that can be taught.

2. Mycle Wastman

The rasp, the soul and the killer falsetto at the end of his performance of Al Green’s “Let’s Stay Together” secured Mycle Wastman a spot on Cee Lo’s team, after the “Forget You” singer declared that in 2012 “nobody does soul music better than Cee Lo Green.”

3. Melanie Martinez

Adam, Blake and Cee Lo duked it out for 17-year-old Melanie Martinez after her folksy interpretation of Britney Spears’ “Toxic.” She went on to pick Adam.

4. Benji

With “Knockin’ On Heaven’s Door,” 24-year-old Benji caught Cee Lo and Adam’s attention with “the scream that should be heard around the world.” Adam won him over.

5. Nicholas David

He looked a bit like Iron & Wine or a more Minnesota wilderness man version of Hank Williams Jr., but Nicholas David sounded more like Aaron Neville in his performance of “Stand By Me.” Only Cee Lo turned around for him, but he was unique enough to make our list of favorites for the week.

6. Brian Scartocci

The 26-year-old father of two from Austin, Texas, sounded a bit like James Taylor in his yodel-y runs during his performance of Stevie Wonder’s “Isn’t She Lovely.” His gutsy decision to wander into “Stevie WonderLand,” as Cee Lo put it, got all the coaches except for Christina to turn their chairs. Despite Blake pointing out the many non-musical commonalities they shared, including their beards and vests, Scartocci chose to go with Team Adam.

7. Collin McLoughlin

Singing “Wild World” with an accompanying guitar, 24-year-old NYU dropout, Collin McLoughlin, caught the attention of the gentleman coaches. Adam won him over in the end, though, after calling him one of the “purest singers I’ve heard.”

8. J.R. Aquino

YouTube sensation J.R. Aquino suffered from nerves once Adam, Cee Lo and Christina turned around for him, but his take on Bruno Mars’ “Just The Way You Are” showed moments of greatness. The Alaska native chose to join Team Cee Lo.

9. Alessandra Guercio

Hailing from “Fame” school La Guardia Arts High School, 17-year-old Alessandra Guercio got two chairs to turn, going with Team Adam in the end. Her nerves kicked in once Adam turned his chair, but her take on “The Climb” was worthy of a spot on the show.

10. Joselyn Rivera

Born premature and with neurological deficiencies, 17-year-old Floridian Joselyn Rivera was prescribed music as a child. She performed Kelly Clarkson’s “Stronger (What Doesn’t Kill You),” which landed her on Team Xtina, despite a shaky start.
