Vampire Diaries fans have been suffering in the absence of Tyler Lockwood for long enough! Read when he’ll be returning, and a bit of information about his storyline in the remaining couple of episodes.

Zap2It reveals that Michael Trevino will return to the show in the next episode, which airs on April 19. We see him very briefly in the promo, which also reveals a few other surprising returns:

We’re hearing that the final two episodes of season 3 set up a really strong storyline for our favorite teenage hybrid in season 4. You know… if he survives that long.

That’s good news for Tyler fans! Although we aren’t putting it past them to set up a really cool storyline for him and then killing him off… no one is safe on this show.
