The Vampire Diaries season 4 gag reel, which is included on the DVD and Blu-ray box sets, has been released online.
Fun is had in Mystic Falls, contrary to popular belief – at least by the actors on set!

The Vampire Diaries season 4 DVD and Blu-ray hits stores on September 3. It’ll feature this blooper reel, a bunch of deleted scenes, and featurettes going behind the scenes and exploring aspects of the story in more depth.
A deleted scene from season 4 has also recently made it online, in which Stefan and Elena share a touching moment.
The Vampire Diaries season 5 premieres one month after the DVD is released, on October 3.
The premiere episode “I Know What You Did Last Summer” airs at 8/7c on The CW, followed immediately by the series premiere of The Originals spinoff.
The Originals will subsequently air Tuesday nights at 8/7c. An Elijah-centric promo for the series was recently released; in the new pilot, the character will play a much more pivotal role than in the backdoor pilot which aired as an episode of The Vampire Diaries.
