According to MovieWeb, the box sets will be released on September 11, 2012. The DVDs include two featurettes (“Stefan’s Descent Into Darkness” and “The Original Vampires: The Beginning”), deleted scenes and a gag reel, while the Blu-ray combo pack will contain more special features.
The SRP is set at $59.98 for the DVD and $69.97 for the Blu-ray.
