Although The Vampire Diaries characters have yet to graduate high school, it looks like the show will be introducing a local college in season 4!
According to Zap2It, as the characters are going to graduate from high school this season, the show will “smooth the transition” by introducing the college where Aunt Jenna took classes in season 1.
The show will also introduce Professor Shane, a recurring character with a connection to the supernatural world who will be interacting mainly with Bonnie.
