It’s a bittersweet week for those of us who have been fans of The Office, but it’s even more so for the amazing cast who have created the beloved series.

Check out this video released today of cast members Rainn Wilson (Dwight), Jenna Fischer (Pam), John Krasinski (Jim), David Denman (Roy) and Michael Schur (executive producer and writer) expressing their memories of the show and getting emotional as they reminisce:

When asked what The Office means to them, Rainn Wilson said:

“It means probably the greatest job I’ll ever have. It means a second family.”

Jenna Fischer said “The honest answer is that The Office is my life.”

Rainn Wilson also had a special message for the fans of The Office who have stuck by the show through its ups and downs, “One of the most special things about this show was when you would meet fans of the show and they would tell you about a time of hardship and how it lifted their spirits. Our fans are so loyal and so loving of the show. I just, I love you guys. Thanks for watching this show and thanks for being part of this incredible experience.”

Jenna Fischer gets emotional as she contemplates driving down the street of the current Office set in the future:

“I hope that in my memory when I drive down this road, our buildings are here, our set is here. I never want to come here and walk through that stage door and see anything else. That way, it will always be here.”

This week, The Office will wrap its ninth and final season and will say goodbye to a series that changed prime time comedy on NBC which created household names with some of its cast.
