Tired of Mindy’s tardiness, Danny takes matters into his own hands tonight on The Mindy Project season 3, episode 6, “Caramel Princess Time,” on Fox.
As we mentioned yesterday, The Mindy Project guest cast roster seems to grow weekly, with someone new always popping up on various episodes. Among the big names in the first five episodes of the season, Rhea Pearman and Shonda Rhimes, Jenny O’Hara and Allison Tolman are set to debut their guest starring roles tonight as Annette’s friend, Dot, and Peter’s new love interest, Abby, respectively.
Although it seems from the stills that Morgan, Tamra, Peter and Jeremy are no where to be found in the episode, they are in the preview video, below.
We’re not going to lie – the stills, synopsis and preview clips below seem to raise more questions about what tonight’s episode of The Mindy Project will be about rather than answer them. As per the caption provided by Fox for the photo of Annette and Dot, why are they going to spend time with Mindy?
Why is Mindy constantly holding her phone in the photos? We suppose we can assume it’s because she’s time-checking – both herself to prove she can be on time and Danny to call him out if he is ever late. Again, purely speculation. We will say though, we love her look with the red coat and mussed hair.
The official synopsis for ‘Caramel Princess Time’:
“Danny decides it’s time to take Mindy’s chronic tardiness into his own hands and teach her a lesson about being on time. Meanwhile, Tamra and Morgan set up Peter on a blind date with their novel-writing friend (guest star Tolman) in the all-new “Caramel Princess Time” episode of The Mindy Project.”
