The Mindy Project season 2, episode 7 “Sk8r Man” just finished airing on Fox. Now you can read our recap and discuss the story line with fellow fans.

Here are the highlights from The Mindy Project season 2, episode 7 “Sk8r Man”:

• On her way to work, Mindy gets “creamed” by a skateboarder named Graham. Mindy is surprised to hear that the man in question is actually 40 years old. When he asks her out, she’s repulsed at first until she see’s his moves.
• Mindy is very bored by Danny’s new girlfriend Mary at a dinner party. She gets even more annoyed to find their friend thinks she’s too picky and refuses to set her up with anyone.
• Jeremy is annoyed when Peter comes to work an hour late. He’s on edge as his father is coming in for a visit and wants to make a good impression. Turns out that Jeremy’s father actually likes Peter, which annoys Jeremy.
• When Mindy tells the office about Danny saying that she is too picky, Morgan and Beverly agree. To prove them wrong she goes to find Graham and asks him out.
• She’s shocked when Graham comes to get her through the fire escape rather than the front door. When she see’s his elbow is injured, she patches him up while he tells her about his past scars.
• The date with Graham seems to be going well until he proves to be too dumb for her. “When you speak my brain gets angry,” Mindy explains to Graham. He makes up for it when he rescues her cell phone from the train crushing it.
• Peter doesn’t understand why Jeremy didn’t come to the casino with his dad. Because he wasn’t invited! Now Peter feels bad.
• Mindy and Danny agree to go on a double date where they just try to prove who has a better date. Graham tells an story about his encounter with a pregnant mermaid, Mary is very impressed.
• When Peter and Jeremy teach a birthing class together, Jeremy’s jealousy is quite apparent. He rips apart a baby doll and freaks everyone out. Morgan saves the day giving baby name suggestions to the parents.
• Danny scolds Mindy for making fun on Mary and wants her to admit that Graham is a loser. Their conversation gets cut short when Mary and Graham run by and announce they’re dining and dashing.
• Mary and Graham jump a fence in excitement, Danny follows and barely gets up. Mindy tries to squeeze through the fence but doesn’t fit. It’s then she realizes it’s not going to work out with them.
• While Mary is telling a story Danny falls asleep – they break up as well.
• Danny heads back to the restaurant to pay but finds Mindy’s already there. They laugh about their dates. While Peter cheers Jeremy up by telling him that if any one is a disappointment it’s his father. The gang is all happy again!
