A gorgeous new IMAX trailer for The Legend of Tarzan has been released that shows the King of the Jungle’s origin story!
Despite the fact that The Legend of Tarzan will mainly focus on Tarzan’s return to the jungle, fans won’t miss out on what his life was like before leaving. A new trailer for IMAX shows just how Tarzan, played by Alexander Skarsgård, came to live among the apes. Plus a look at what draws him back to the jungle after having left.
Another interesting scene features Margot Robbie as Jane. After being captured by Captain Léon Rom, they try to get her to act in distress and scream for Tarzan as a trap. However, Jane is having none of that. I’m delighted to see that Jane isn’t afraid to fight back even when she’s seemingly on her own.

“It has been years since the man once known as Tarzan (Skarsgård) left the jungles of Africa behind for a gentrified life as John Clayton, Lord Greystoke, with his beloved wife, Jane (Robbie) at his side. Now, he has been invited back to the Congo to serve as a trade emissary of Parliament, unaware that he is a pawn in a deadly convergence of greed and revenge, masterminded by the Belgian, Leon Rom (Waltz). But those behind the murderous plot have no idea what they are about to unleash.”
