Korra finally comes back to Republic City in a new sneak peek from The Legend of Korra season 4, episode 7.
After three and a half years away from her friends in Republic City, Korra returns to her adopted home in a new clip from The Legend of Korra season 4, episode 7. The episode, titled “Return of the Avatar,” will bring Korra’s story back to where it began – and begin the second phase of the battle against Kuvira.
A new sneak peek from “Return of the Avatar” shows us a few touching reunions that have been quite a long time in coming.
Sure, it’s great to see Korra reunite with Tenzin and return to be a badass in Republic City. But we have to say that the most exciting part of the sneak peek is the reappearance of Pabu. Our favorite fire ferret has been painfully absent for most of Book 4, but it looks like Pabu will be rejoining Team Avatar soon!
Korra also enjoyed a heartwarming reunion with Naga in the sneak peek from The Legend of Korra season 4, episode 7. It was also sweet to see Korra meet up with Bumi again, though less visually appealing – the new airbender costume might be best kept to the younger generation.
Tenzin is disturbed to hear about the fall of Zaofu, though he promises Korra that no one expected her to take on Kuvira alone. “It’s up to all of us to find a way to deal with her,” he says. “We’re just glad to have you back.”
The Legend of Korra season 4, episode 7, “Return of the Avatar,” will begin streaming on Friday, Nov. 14 on Nick.com.
