Rumors have been flying about a change in The Legend of Korra‘s air time and network, and we’re here to tell you what’s what.

A recent TV listing has set the Legend of Korra fandom buzzing about implied changes in the show’s airing pattern.

Though The Legend of Korra season 2 has consistently aired on Fridays at 7 p.m. on Nickelodeon, the new listing suggests that upcoming episodes “The Sting” and “Beginnings, Part 1” will air at 8:30 on Wednesday and Thursday of next week. In addition, the listing states that the episodes will be broadcast on NickToons, a secondary channel to Nickelodeon.

However, though there has been no publicly official word from Nickelodeon, it looks likely that the listing is the result of an error. There do not seem to be any plans to switch up The Legend of Korra‘s air time and/or network.

Nick and More, an unofficial but typically accurate Twitter feed reporting on developments at Nickelodeon and other channels, seemed unfazed at the listing change:

In addition, Bill Rinaldi (a martial arts coordinator on The Legend of Korra, and prolific Tumblr-ite) wrote that he believed the alleged change to be an error. “I haven’t heard anything about it here,” he wrote. “Until you hear something directly from Nickelodeon about this[,] I wouldn’t panic just yet.”

Meanwhile, Matt Patches of the Republic City Dispatch podcast relayed information from sources at Nickelodeon. “The episodes scheduled at Nicktoons are all reruns,” he wrote. “Episodes will continue to premiere on Nickelodeon at the regularly scheduled times.”

And finally, though Nickelodeon’s official Twitter account did not address the issue specifically, they did answer a few fan tweets confused about the schedule.

All in all, it looks as though The Legend of Korra season 2 will continue to air in its established time and place. Hypable will keep you updated if there is any official news regarding future air times.
